At Tip Top Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Footwear

Place the unworn shoes in their original brand packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
